A home automation company is connecting its app to the products major pool manufacturers offer customers.
Salt Lake City-based Control4 recently debuted its new software, “OS 2.6,” which introduces drivers for pool and spa equipment from Jandy, Zodiac iAqualink and Hayward Pool Products, at CEDIA Expo.
As customers request more and more automation features and equipment, this is one way the pool industry can connect with the consumers already using this technology. The Control4 app for mobile devices allows homeowners to control their pools and spas from anywhere.
Hayward exhibited alongside Control4 in the booth. The Elizabeth, N.J.-based company’s OmniLogic control system is the first one to feature Control4.
