Industry Vet Joins Manufacturer in Expanded Role

A maker of water conditioners for the spa industry has appointed a new vice president of sales and marketing.

Vancouver, B.C.-based Silk Balance has brought on industry veteran Steven O'Shea in the expanded role to meets the firm's continued sales growth in North America.

“The expansion of our SilkBalance management team with the addition of Mr. O’Shea will further strengthen our ability to meet the needs of our customers”, said the firm's director Joe Dolnik.

In his new role, O'Shea will focus on re-energizing, strengthening and increasing the company's dealer base.
