Cardinal Systems Makes Organizational Changes

Schuylkill Haven, Pa.-based Cardinal Systems Inc., a maker of steel and polymer inground pool walls and components, has appointed Debra Haase as director of sales. She will assume leadership responsibilities for the customer service and marketing teams. In addition, John Rutkiewicz is the new director of project development. He will oversee the CAD, programming, and project development teams.
