The former president of chemical firm BioLab has taken a role at pool-equipment juggernaut Fluidra.
San Diego-based Fluidra North America has named Jon Viner executive vice president of its Commercial, Spa & Specialty Division. He has been charged with maximizing operating efficiencies and broadening the company’s product categories in the commercial space, which it has been growing recently.
Viner brings more than 20 years of experience managing strategy and operations in the chemical industry, with his most recent position heading BioLab.
“His knowledge of our customer base will be invaluable in establishing his quick integration into the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience while bringing improved solutions ...,” said Troy Franzen, president of Fluidra North America.
