Poolwerx is accelerating its US expansion with a new chief operating officer and plans to grow its franchise footprint in San Antonio, Texas. The pool service brand has appointed Marla Mock as COO to strengthen operations as it continues to scale.
Mock brings leadership experience from several major home service brands, including ServiceMaster, Rainbow Restoration, Aire Serv, and Molly Maid. Throughout her career, she has improved franchise operations and boosted systemwide performance.
“Poolwerx is entering an exciting phase of growth across the US, and Marla brings the leadership experience and expertise to help us scale the right way,” said Poolwerx executive director Steve Greenbaum.
Mock said she was looking forward to supporting franchise owners and driving operational excellence.
“What drew me to Poolwerx is the company’s genuine commitment to its franchise system. I’m excited to work alongside this talented team to help every owner feel confident and equipped as we grow together,” she said.
San Antonio targeted for franchise growth
In a separate announcement, Poolwerx said it is focusing on San Antonio as the next market for franchise expansion.
“With Poolwerx USA headquartered in Farmers Branch, Texas has always been an important market for our brand, and the growing demand makes San Antonio the perfect place to continue our U.S. expansion,” said Darlene Viering, senior vice president of franchise development at Poolwerx.
