At last week's International Pool | Spa | Patio Expo in Las Vegas, The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals elected a new chairman and introduced a new member to the Board of Directors.
Donna K. Williams, vice president of national distributor PoolCorp, now serves as chairman. Andrew Levinson, president of Jet Line Products in South Kearny, N.J., joined the board as part of the changing of the guard.
“We are honored to have Donna and Andrew on the APSP Board of Directors,” said Chris Curcio, the outgoing chairman who now serves as Immediate Past Board Chairman. “They both bring substantial experience to the Board and a shared commitment to serve in the interest of our members. Their individual and collective talents position APSP to be able to continue to move the pool and spa industry forward on a local, national and international level.”
The 2018-2019 APSP board includes nine members. In addition to Williams and Levinson are: Chairman-Elect, Maurizio Vozza of Nordic Products Inc.; Secretary/Treasurer, Scott Frost of Zodiac Pool Systems; Immediate Past Board Chairman, Chris Curcio of Litehouse Products, LLC; Jeanne Fec of Frank Lynn & Associates Inc.; Richard Garbee of GLI Pool Products; Jack Manilla, CBP, CSP of Portofino Pools and Jon Viner, Bio-Lab, Inc. A KIK Custom Products Company.
Williams was named PoolCorp vice president in February 2018 after serving as chief marketing officer since May 2015. She joined the Company in 2007 to lead the Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams.
Levinson's past industry-leadership roles include president and former board director for the Northeast Spa and Pool Association and past president of the Long Island Pool and Spa Association, where he still serves on the board.
