Watkins Manufacturing of Vista, Calif., has hired Tom Seymour to be its vice president of operations. Previously he worked at Watkins from 1990-96 in various positions. Before rejoining the company, Seymour was director of operations for Owens Corning. In his new role, Seymour will be responsible for Hot Spring manufacturing operations in California and all plant operations in Mexico. He also will oversee import-export, supply chain, continuous improvement and quality assurance functions.
