Latham, N.Y.-based Imperial Pools Inc., manufacturer of inground pools with 10 distribution locations, made three key executive position announcements:
Anthony Brennan was named chief operating officer/senior vice president responsible for all Imperial Pool companies. The 27-year company veteran was formerly COO of Imperial’s Saratoga Spas brand and will report to CEO Bill Churchman; this appointment signifies that Brennan will be Churchman’s eventual successor.
Regis Miles, who was previously national sales manager for Imperial Manufacturing, has been promoted to vice president of sales for Imperial Manufacturing. He will be responsible for all sales-related functions for Imperial Pools’ manufactured brands, including Imperial Steel Pools, Matrix Pool Systems, Vinyl Works Liners and Saratoga Steps.
Mike Kennedy, an industry veteran with more than 23 years’ experience, now is vice president of marketing. He is charged with overseeing marketing strategies for the company’s brands, including Imperial Manufacturing, The Vinyl Works, Saratoga Spa and Imperial Distribution.
