HaloSource, maker of the SeaKlear brand of water treatment products, has appointed Jeanine Willis as human resources director. She brings 20 years of HR leadership experience, most recently leading the HR team at the Seattle Biomedical Research Institute. While there, she partnered with colleagues across the organization to hire and develop researchers.
