AquaFinesse has added two new team leaders: Matt Frey as national sales manager, based in Davenport, Fla., and Cindy Paradiso as marketing manager, based in Grand Rapids, Mich. Both joined the company this year.
Frey, who has a background in radio and medical sales, also possesses an innate understanding of the pool/spa industry due to his father, David Frey, a marketing professional.
In her new role, Paradiso will manage marketing initiatives in the U.S. and Canadian markets. She returns to the pool/spa industry after a 10-year hiatus, during which she developed valuable marketing skills in other industries. Her previous work in this industry was at Aqua Clear Industries, Club Pro and Recreational Water Technologies.
AquaFinesse, LLC, is a Statesville, N.C.-based manufacturer of an all-natural water care solution for pools and spas.
