Home Depot has completed its acquisition of SRS Distribution, parent company to Heritage Pool Supply Group.
The home-improvement retailing giant paid a total enterprise value of approximately $18.25 billion. In March, the company announced it would purchase SRS as a way to garner more business from the construction industry.
In addition to Heritage Pool Supply, SRS includes other distributors that serve the professional roofer and landscaper industries.
“SRS is an excellent fit for The Home Depot — it’s both complementary and additive to our growth,” said Ted Decker, chair, president and CEO.
