Over the past few years, the World Aquatic Health Conference has grown in scope as well as potential audience. Once an event mostly for the highest-level water-quality and safety experts, it now includes sessions on other segments of maintenance, as well as design and construction, and various aspects of aquatics programming.

Now organizers at the National Swimming Pool Foundation have decided to extend the event's reach geographically by broadcasting a daylong program in six cities throughout the U.S. and Canada.

The main conference itself takes place over three days, Oct. 10-12 in Charleston, S.C.It will include more than 40 seminars, with topics including advanced service concepts, design and engineering, facility management and design, and improving water and air quality.
