Being a service tech requires lots of skill, and not just knowledge of water chemistry and sanitization products. Service techs also have to know their customers and how best to serve them.

As with any profession serving a customer base, you’re bound to have some nightmare scenarios. We want to hear your most outrageous stories from the field. It can be anything from equipment or chemical catastrophes to the most difficult customer encounter.

The most unique stories will be featured in our October 23 issue. In order to qualify for publication, this must be the first time you’re sharing the story – meaning it can’t have appeared in another publication before.
