Growing pool service consolidator SPS PoolCare has expanded its presence in the Dallas area through another acquisition. It has purchased the maintenance and repair division of Hobert Pools & Spas, a 48-year-old custom pool builder and service company serving Dallas and the surrounding Metroplex area.
This marks the company’s fourth acquisition in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, and the 28th overall.
Formerly called Smart Pool Services, SPS reports it is on pace to perform one million weekly pool services per year and employs more than 500 across four states.
