The national service firm Pool Troopers has acquired a company in Orlando.
It most recently purchased My Clean Pool, marking its 19th acquisition since Dec., 2020, when it began its ongoing expansion across the Sunbelt.
Former owner Kurt Hinz will leave the company and relocate to California.
“I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished with My Clean Pool, but it’s time for me to move on to new opportunities,“ he said.
Said Pool Troopers CEO Mark Patton: “This acquisition is a great opportunity for us to expand our presence in the Orlando area.”
