Hayward Holdings, the parent company to the pool equipment manufacturer Hayward, has made two recent key hirings.
Kevin Maczka has been named Vice President of Investor Relations. He will oversee the company’s investor relations strategy, serve as primary liaison to the investor community, and as a key advisor to the leadership team on shareholder-related matters. Most recently, he was Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer of Belden Inc.
Cynthia Burns was hired as Vice President of Talent Management. She now serves in the company’s global Human Resources team. She most recently served as Global Head of Talent Strategy at Vanguard.
Hayward became a publicly traded company in early 2021.
