Heritage Pool Supply Group, the new distributor that has been rapidly acquiring independent warehouses since it entered the industry last year, has added four more locations.
At the end of last year, it purchased Cinderella, Inc., a Saginaw, Mich.-based distributor with four locations in Michigan and Indiana. Besides Sagina, the company has warehouses in Grand Rapids and Livonia, Mich., as well as Indianapolis.
Founded in 1955, Cinderella will continue to be led by CEO David Jaffee and President Tom Connelly. Its 90-person team is expected to remain in place, as is the Cinderella brand.
Since its entry in the industry last year, Heritage has undergone a very rapid growth trajectory. It first purchased Naperville, Ill.-based Aqua-Gon in August, 2021. In December, it grew exponentially by purchasing Florida Water Products, which also had been growing via acquisition throughout the Sunbelt. This joining created the second-largest pool/spa distributor in the U.S.
