sales and business development team.
Paul brings decades of experience in sales leadership, consumer lending, business development, and relationship management, with a proven track record of driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting customer-focused sales initiatives.
Prior to joining Lyon Financial, Paul served as business development manager at First National Bank of Omaha, where he consistently exceeded sales goals, achieving 335% over quota while earning recognition as a top performing sales representative across multiple years. He also played a key role in sales pipeline development and team growth.
In his role at Lyon Financial, Paul will support contractor relationships, strengthen strategic partnerships, and help drive continued growth through financing solutions that help builders move projects forward.
