This edition of Top 50 Builder Bites features three tips from our 2016 award winners

This coming weekend is all about Dad. As the world prepares to celebrate this Father’s Day, we’re kicking off the 2016 Top 50 Builders Bites series in homage of all the fathers out there.

Follow along as three of this year’s award-winning pool builders discuss how their dads’ words of wisdom led them to shape their successful careers.

First, Bruce Dunn, president of Mission Pools, weighs in on his dad’s No. 1 business tip: leverage.

Next, Brian Juliano, owner of Juliano’s Pools & Spas explains what his dad meant when he said to “expect problems” and why this advice is so critical to his success.

Finally, Steve Terry, president/chief operating officer of California Pools, also reflects on his father’s insight and how he has applied that to operating his firm.
