Lyon Financial has hired Paul Roughton as its new senior relationship manager.
The position is meant to strengthen the company’s national sales and business development team, the company said.
“Paul brings decades of experience in sales leadership, consumer lending, business development, and relationship management, with a proven track record of driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting customer-focused sales initiatives,” the company said.
Before joining Lyon Financial, Roughton served as business development manager at First National Bank of Omaha. According to Lyon, Roughton consistently exceeded sales goals, achieving 335% over quota while earning recognition as a top-performing sales representative across multiple years. He also played a key role in sales pipeline development and team growth, the company added.
At Lyon Financial, Roughton is charged with supporting contractor relationships, strengthening strategic partnerships, and helping to drive continued growth.
