With a Georgian-style house and a customer who loved brick, Lombardi knew this material would play an important role. Being so close in proximity, the terraces had to be compatible, but Lombardi wanted to differentiate them. To do this, he varied the paver patterns. The less formal cocktail terrace contains a simple brick herringbone pattern in the field and straight bluestone borders.
