A long-held belief of the ultra-high-end pool builder has been that hand-rendered perspective drawings were the most appropriate presentation tool one could use, not only to stand out from the competition, but also to give homeowners a better idea of how their backyard will look and feel after it has been transformed.
The bonus, some said, is that the presentation tool would also be a legitimate piece of art. Some even would frame the drawings and present them to their clients to commemorate the significance of the occasion.
