About
Josh Buzzell founded Regal Pool and Design in 2008 to service Woodland, Texas, but soon expanded to the areas of Conroe, Montgomery, Cypress, Magnolia in response to clients expressing a need for a professional pool and patio construction firm in the marketplace. With the goal of providing the best service in his region, Buzzell partnered with Edwin Escobar to create the "ultimate" construction and service company.

The firm has received an APSP design award and has been recognized by media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, which featured its work in a collection of “World’s Greatest Pools” in August 2013.

We have been working diligently on our pool bid document for new builds and remodels. Getting this perfect is so important to our trade. Last year, we were within 2% of all of our bids, allowing us finally to feel comfortable with all of our salesman selling pools. It took over three years to finally get it dialed in and perfect.
