Will Parrot, Licensed Landscape Architect, Keith Zars Pools
Will recently celebrated 28 years at Keith Zars Pools. A graduate of Louisiana State University, he's designed more than 30,000 pools. With ongoing training and versatility, he adapts to trends and buyer preferences. He has a keen eye for precision and detail, along with a steadfast demeanor.

Will Chrisman, Fleet Maintenance Manager, Shasta Pools
Will’s dedication and drive to ensure Shasta’s fleet of over 100 vehicles are operational plays a significant role. Vehicles range from small portable generators to CDL-rated dump, finish and transport trucks. We have a fleet of 14 service vans. Will manages all this with the help of two mechanics.

Shelby Ternan, Director of Construction, Riverbend Sandler Pools

Julie was with us when we built more than 1,000 pools in one year, and we could never have done it without her and her support team. Mason started by learning to install rebar during summer, and he dedicated his free time in high school and college to contribute and learn to build pools well. Brent and Chris have stepped up in heroic fashion to fill the shoes of Jeffery Fitzgerald, the director of our excavation and fiberglass pool divisions, who tragically passed away at 41. Jeffrey was their mentor and very dear friend for 20 years at Concord. We know he would be so proud of them.
