Being in the high-end residential pool design and construction arena puts me in contact with many CEOs and executives... One of my most compelling statements from a CEO is: "Time is money in the contracting world; however in the spiritual world, no amount of money can buy you more time." This short sentence is so compelling at so many levels – how you manage your overheard and time invested on a project, how you balance time spent with your families and work, and how you balance time spent personally interacting with your employees. I always revert back to this one sentence of advice, because it applies to something every day of my life both in my business and in my personal life. —Chris Smith
