Tom Arnault founded Intercoastal Pool & Spa Builders in 1992. Since that time, the firm has built strong relationship with local home builders and a positive reputation with home owners in Brevard County.
The company prides itself on having well over 100 years of combined experience and stresses the importance of using only top grade materials and implementing the latest technology in all phases of construction. Arnault is personally involved throughout the complete construction process to ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained.

We are continually trying to push design boundaries. We have offered water/fire options with all of our pool designs over the last four years, and were the first builder in our community to design and build the first “fire-on-water” features.
