Words of Wisdom

We asked each 2017 Top 50 CEO: What was the best new idea your company implemented in the last two years?

Doug Mayhall, CEO
We've initiated once-a-week, all-day training events for all employees. Our goal is to provide everyone with a working knowledge of all aspects of our industry. Our employees are now more engaged and empowered.

Meet the Company's MVP - 2018

We asked each CEO to name the employee whose contributions directly impacted their firm's success.

Steve Smith, Sales Team Manager, All Seasons Pools, Spas and Outdoor Living
Steve was recently promoted because of his dedication to providing the best client experience possible. He combines an ability to win over customers with a desire to help coworkers. A leader by example, he always goes above and beyond. In 2017, his sales represented almost 25% of company sales!

Meet the Company's MVP

In 2016, we asked each CEO to name the employee whose contributions directly impacted their firm's success.

Dan Lenz, Vice President
Dan’s focus, for much of his 29 years with All Seasons, has been in the growth and development of the business. His analysis of the company’s performance across multiple fronts, with modifications to procedures and processes, has helped All Seasons gain financial strength. His expertise is put to use daily in the oversight of the construction and service business, as well as with the ongoing education of employees and customers. He currently serves on the APSP Midwest Chapter Board of Directors, has judged the APSP International Awards of Excellence, taught seminars and classes, and has written articles and been interviewed for many industry trade publications..
