“Our customers in the pool and spa industry will not feel any impact because of this acquisition,” said RB President Rick Brunori. “In fact, we anticipate that our software products will greatly benefit from Fullsteam’s backing and are excited to begin a new chapter in our story as a part of the Fullsteam family.”

The 18-year-old company will retain its current headquarters. Brunori and RB Vice President Rachael Pritz will continue to manage the company’s day-to-day operations.

“We are confident that becoming part of Fullsteam will lead to exciting enhancements to our software products and provide wonderful opportunities for RB Retail & Service Solutions and for our customers,” Pritz said.

Fullsteam is a software and payments company headquartered in Auburn, Alabama. Fullsteam acquires companies and provides them with streamlined payments infrastructure and enhanced operational support in order to increase growth and improve profitability.
