Pinch A Penny Pool Patio and Spa is once again expanding its reach in Texas. The pool retail, service, and repair franchise announced plans to open four new locations in Texas — one each in Gleannloch Farms, Greatwood, McKinney and Mansfield — by midyear.
The company also announced a retail conversion. Tom and Jennifer Parison, a husband/wife team with nearly 30 years of industry experience, will convert their independent store in Kingwood, Texas to a Pinch A Penny franchise. The new storefront is slated to open this spring.
“Joining the Pinch A Penny Pool Patio and Spa family has afforded us the opportunity to expand and strengthen our resources for our customers,” said Tom Parison.
Last year, PSN reported on company plans to continue growth across Texas. It has opened eight franchise locations within two years. The new stores and retail conversion will bring the total of Pinch A Penny locations in the Lone Star State to 13.
“Pinch A Penny’s expansion into Texas has long since been a goal for the brand, and we are beyond thrilled to see how rapidly the state’s franchisees and customers have taken to the concept,” said John Thomas, CEO of Pinch A Penny Pool Patio and Spa.
The firm plans continued growth throughout Texas, setting its sights on Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Bryan-College Station, Waco, Temple, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Corpus Christi.
Pinch A Penny has more than 235 stores across Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana and is currently seeking new franchisee candidates in Texas and the Southeast.
