At Imperial, his titles ranged from regional sales director for Northern NE to national programs manager/director of business development. During his tenure with the distributor, he spearheaded sales and marketing initiatives that involved the design and development of brands, products and program strategies.
Price holds a Masters of Business Administration, as well as a Masters of Science in Business. He serves as adjunct faculty for business courses at Husson University, ME.
"Ed is an expert at creating diverse business networks while managing joint ventures with leading industry manufacturers," said the company's president, John Haase. "His real and deep knowledge of consumers’ values and needs is what we believe drives business growth.”

In this newly created position, she takes responsibility for supporting the sales team, management and all departments. Her myriad charges will include creating corporate communications, managing customer relationship management resources, maximizing product offerings and promotions, marketing design and planning.
She has 22 years of pool/spa industry experience with a focus on specialized project/administrative coordinator skills. She worked 18 years for vinyl-liner pool/pool cover manufacturer Plastimayd/VynAll Pool Products as its executive administrative and graphic arts project director. She also spent four years with Imperial Pools as its distribution programs coordinator, working closely with its management and sales teams to implement and monitor program offerings.
She holds associate degrees in accounting and administration.
“I have professionally worked with Marcia for many years," Price said. "She has a strong work ethic and values that we share at Phoenix. With Marcia’s proven record to boost sales team productivity and work as a liaison among co-workers, customers, and vendors, she has exactly the right combination of skills and positive attitude to facilitate Phoenix’s new marketing development plans."
