Evosus Software, the maker of business software designed for the pool, spa and hearth industries, has added a new division to the company. The division, called account management, was created to enhance client relationships by providing guidance to help the company's clients streamline daily procedures.
Leah Williamson will lead the account management team. Her previous experience includes owning Indianapolis-based retail firm Splash Pool & Spa and working directly with clients at Evosus for the past two years. Her new title is vice president of client success, and her team will include other industry veterans.
“Our exponential company growth is the reason for the creation of this new division, which allows us to support our new clients with the on-boarding process and work with existing customers to ensure they maximize the utility of the Evosus Software in their businesses,” said Dan McManus, CEO of Evosus.
