The Northeast Spa & Pool Association has announced the winners of its 2013 Outstanding Achievement Awards — Builders and Service Competition. The newly renamed program, with updated categories and judging criteria, recognized 24 builders and seven service firms. Special recognition went to Cipriano Landscape Design for winning Judge’s Choice Best of Competition Award and the People’s Choice Award. These projects earned gold in their respective categories. Some won multiple awards; not all are pictured.
