Vinyl-liner and fiberglass pool maker Latham Pool Products has hired a new chief information officer.
In the position, Kaushal Dhruv will provide leadership and support to the information technology and project management team. He reports directly to Latham President/CEO Scott Rajeski.
“We are on an exciting growth journey, complete with changes that will continue to propel Latham’s position ...” Rajeski said. “[Kaushal’s] extensive experience and knowledge provide Latham with the proper leadership to continue driving our progress in North America and abroad.”
Kaushal’s most recent position was a 16-year tenure as director of technology practice with KPMG, where he consulted with CIOs and CTOs of Fortune 500 companies. He has a Masters in Information Management from Syracuse University, a Masters in Engineering Management from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology, and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University at Mumbai.
