Manufacturer Hayward Holdings has appointed Eric Sejourne as senior vice president and chief global operations officer of the company, effective April 15, 2024. He succeeds John Collins, who became chief commercial officer last year.
Sejourne oversees all integrated operations across the company’s global enterprise, including manufacturing, distribution, sourcing, materials management, quality, and environment, health and safety.
Sejourne brings more than 30 years of experience in global operations, lean manufacturing and supply chain management. He came from Assa Abloy, where he worked for 15 years, most recently as chief operations officer of the Americas division.
