A Canadian-based retailer has earned a top honor from Hot Spring Spas.
During the manufacturer's annual dealer event in January, Pioneer Family Pools received the 2013 Locksin Thompson Hot Spring Dealer of the Year Award.
“It is a challenge in some ways to describe our winner because in many ways they are in a class all their own,” said Hot Spring Spas Executive Vice President Mike Dunn in a press release. “You might expect this multi-store retailer to be successful because of their business excellence but what you might not expect is the openness that our winner has to new ideas and ways of doing business. “This entrepreneurial spirit keeps them growing, discovering fresh retail opportunities, and connecting with new customers year after year.”
The award is presented annually to a dealer that consistently excels at demonstrating a commitment to quality, excellence and professionalism while selling the Hot Spring brand.
Founded 30 years ago, Pioneer has 18 locations throughout Ontario, Canada.
