RB Retail & Service Solutions Software, a Monroeville, Pa.-based supplier of business software for the pool and spa industry, has hired Alexandra Copeland as its tech support coordinator. In this role, she manages the technical support team to ensure productivity goals are met, and coordinates schedules for installations, testing and other customer-support duties. She has several years experience as a Tier 1 and 2 technical support team member familiar with SQL and simple queries, ability to troubleshoot hardware and software including Android and iPhone devices, web portals, Windows OS and audio video media.
