Magen eco-Energy has acquired the solar pool heating business and manufacturing operations of The LeverEdge and Solar Hydronics Corp., adding several established collector brands to its North American portfolio.
The acquisition includes the businesses’ solar pool heating products, brands, and manufacturing facility in Odessa, Florida. Magen plans to continue operating the facility with its existing team and producing the Hi-Tec, iSwim, SwimMaster Plus, and NUVIS collector lines.
The products will serve the North American and Latin American markets.
Naama Eylon, CEO of Magen eco-Energy, said the acquisition expands the company’s solar heating division and adds another collector option to its existing portfolio.
Jerry Vega, general manager of Magen eco-Energy US, said the company intends to support LeverEdge dealers and provide them with additional product options.
“LeverEdge dealers have built their businesses around a product they know and trust,” Vega said. “We welcome our new partners to Magen and commit to giving dealers more support and more solutions to offer homeowners.”
Robert Bennett, president of The LeverEdge, said the company expects its products and dealer relationships to continue under the new ownership.
The companies say the acquisition brings together two solar pool heating product portfolios, giving dealers access to a broader range of collector options.
