PSN 2026 Product Profiles: Submission Form

Product Profiles are advertorials featured in most issues of PSN. They provide an opportunity to share a story about a company's product and its benefits to consumers. The format resembles an editorial and includes a product description along with a quote from a company representative highlighting what customers will appreciate most about the product.
 
To participate, you need to complete two steps to be considered for publication:
1. Fill out this form
2. Upload a high-resolution product photo
 
Each Product Profile is written based on the answers provided to the questions below. The name you supply for the interviewee will be the person quoted in the magazine. You will also need to include at least five full sentences describing the product’s features. Each question requires an answer. It is not acceptable to only answer one question or submit email attachments. Entries that do not include full answers will not be included in the issue.
 

Product Photo Needed! Important

You must upload a large, high-resolution photo of your product (300 dpi and at least 1 MB). The photo must be horizontally oriented and in a 3:2 aspect ratio. Corporate logos, promotional copy, and insets are not accepted. Please name your photo with your Company Name_Product Name.

If you do not complete the form and/or fail to upload a photo, your submission will not be considered. Entries will be edited for style and are not guaranteed to print.

Deadlines for each issue correspond to the ad close date for that issue. If you are unsure of that date, please contact your account manager.

You must include at least FIVE sentences about the product's features. If we do not receive sufficient information to write a complete profile, your entry may be shorter than others’ or may not appear in the magazine.

Review your entry carefully before submitting to ensure the company name, interviewee’s name, product name, web address, and phone number are accurate and spelled correctly, as they will be used in the magazine.

You are welcome to run the same product that was included in a previous magazine, as long as it fits the category for this issue. Please IDENTIFY THE PAST ISSUE from which to obtain the Product Profile and photo, as well as any necessary updates you would like to make.
Pick-ups must come from a previous Product Profile. We cannot pick up information from other product sections, as they are written in a different format.
Which photo would you like used?
Please check to indicate that you understand that uploading a product photo is required. Without a product image, PSN is unable to publish your product profile.
