The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance is launching ProAdvantage by PHTA, developed in partnership with HUB International. It provides PHTA members benefits and Property & Casualty insurance. Members of any size will have access to comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness coverage for
employees in all 50 states. The program also includes assistance with payroll, job costing, PTO tracking, and OSHA regulations, along with compliance support inclusive of hiring and termination, employee handbooks, and
performance management. Medical coverage is provided by carriers such as Aetna, Kaiser, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
