About
Founded in 1972 by Charlie Vassallo, Rising Sun Pools Inc. installs inground and aboveground pools, and also offers a wide selection of spas, pool accessories, patio furniture and outdoor kitchens. A large service fleet provides pool and spa service to residents in the Triangle area of North Carolina.
The award-winning Raleigh company counts among its achievements Association of Pool & Spa Professionals design awards – a gold medal in the Geometric Pool Design category, and two silver medals, in Traditional Pool Design and in Pools with a Vanishing Edge categories. It also received the 2013 Retailer of the Year award from the North Carolina Retail Merchants Association. Additionally, it has been on the PSN Top 50 Builder list a number of years.
