Sonoran Landesign pulls out all the stops for this Phoenix Toll Brothers master planned community.
Relaxation is a major theme of this outdoor area's layout, and Sonoran Landesign illustrates its possible with multiple spaces that offer ample opportunities for enjoying the sunshine alone or with others.
The outdoor area of this Toll Borthers home consists of four lounging and dining spaces with a total of four televisions. Two outdoor kitchens come complete with all the essentials, including an al fresco space to the right of the pool area. Revelers also can enjoy two outdoor living rooms with a fire feature, raised sun deck, and a bocce ball court.
This pool in Phoenix features a sleek reverse negative-edge with swim-up bar, sun shelf, hot tub and waterfeature. For Sonoran Landesign Custom Pools' general manager Travis McFarlin, the standout element of the space — one his colleagues thought impossible until implemented — are the two large olive trees set in planters shotcreted into the front of the negative-edge basin, which give the effect of the trees growing out of the pool.
