We’re working on different advertising... on different ways
to promote a service. We stole one idea from the air conditioning
It’s a card about 4 inches wide and maybe 8-1/2 inches long,
with our phone number and other information on it. It also
[features] several coupons for things they all need, and has a
refrigerator magnet [attached]. Because if it’s sitting in
front of them, they’ll call you.
The coupons might include a discount on a service call ... or their
next chemical purchase. They’ll say, ‘OK, I’m
going to have a service call, so let’s keep it
It’s like money because they know they’re going to use
it. And, we give the coupon back so they can use it again.
