Rayner Covering Systems, Inc., the leading fabricator of Safety Mesh Pool Covers, Solid Vinyl covers and Spa covers is looking for an aggressive sales representative in the Southeastern portion of the United States. You would be selling to pool and spa dealers in the states of Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, eastern Tennessee, and New England. You will be provided with a company vehicle, expense account, company telephone and fax machine. You would be traveling every other week making face to face sales calls on accounts. The alternating weeks you would be making telephone contacts from your home. A base salary plus commissions and all expenses paid by the company. The Director of Sales will work closely with the V.P. of Sales and Marketing and senior management to maximize the overall success of dealer customers and the organization. This successful candidate will direct the activities of the sales organization and provide leadership to the sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and achieve individual and overall budgeted goals and objectives.

Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible wholesale sales management experience is preferred. A strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and great communication skills is also required. The candidate must be willing to travel 30-40% of the time.
