In October, his son Brian announced that he would keep his father's wishes and stay on target to open the new, expanded location. But a court-ordered decision has altered those plans, according to The Wichita Eagle blog Have You Heard?
A March 19 auction will be held to sell the real estate of the building that was to be the new store location, as well as store inventory such as pool equipment, chemicals and toys, four vans and a 2002 Sea-Doo jet ski with trailer.
