Creating an old-world haven for a modern-day backyard, the firm designed an aquascape that appears untouched by human hands. Water from a stream meanders through lichen-covered rocks and then drops to the pool below via a waterfall. A sloped beach entry on the pool and colorful plantings add to the retreat’s natural charm.
