In bringing the water even closer to this waterfront home, Lepetite Pools of Phoenix created an engineering marvel made even more complex by multiple levels. An irregular rectangular pool, faced in stone, rises to meet the home’s balcony, while a stone spillway and waterfalls allow pool water to descend into the water-filled “yard” below.
